HR Transformation Project Manager
Temporary (2 Year) Assignment
REMOTE
As part of the Global HR Transformation team you will be responsible for the Project Management of agreed initiatives with a global scope. This particular role will focus on the Project Management of the HR Program focused on transitioning and transforming the Global Payroll and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) work. Working cross-functionally with the larger Program team your ability to build quick and strong relationships is key.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning : work with key stakeholders to scope the specific HR project outlines and timescales, creating and managing a complex, integrated project plan for successful implementation and handover to BAU.
Vendor Partnership: work with two key vendor partners at the program level to ensure milestones and deliverables are meeting completion dates.
Resource Management : working with key HR stakeholders to determine the required resources inside and outside of the core project team to ensure successful project implementation
Monitor and communicate project status to HR leadership (as required) and the agreed program governance committee to ensure forward project progress, escalating when required. Balance the critical dimensions of the agreed project scope, schedule and cost
Document and manage RAID items ensure timely management of risk, issues, decisions, assumptions, actions, and dependencies; recording, escalate as/if required
Make data-driven decisions across the project lifecycle in the context of the broader Program needs
Iron Mountain Partnership : build and nurture relationships within the core project team and stakeholders
Lead individual project tasks/activities to ensure operational readiness for post-project handover
Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Ideally experience with leading global HR transformation type projects globally and/or regionally
Experience working in and/or leading Waterfall/Agile projects/programs and the associated practices and tools
Experienced, motivated leader who is collaborative and experienced in working in a matrixed organization
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills (i.e. operational metrics, product metrics, revenue metrics, program metrics)
Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities
Strong sense of urgency and results orientation
Growth mindset, open to new ways of working and experience of bringing teams/groups together
Strong analytical skills related to People KPIs and reporting and data manipulation/reporting
Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Must be able to:
Stay highly motivated and organized and have the ability to use both creativity and business sense to get the job done and keep the rest of the team focused on the end goal.
Be a connector of dots, has the ability to proactively make connections and importantly has the ability to explain the connections in an engaging and simple way

Reasonably expected salary range: $101,700.00 - $135,600.00
