SUSSEX CONSTRUCTION Human Resource Generalist in HELENA, Montana
Sussex Construction is seeking a Part Time Human Resources Generalist Duties: - Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions. - Submit OSHA and all safety related reports . Initiate safety programs and incentive programs. - Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. - Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals. - Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management or supervisory personnel. - This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job and other duties which may be assigned. This position may turn in to Full Time . Qualifications: - Must work well with teams and be dependable. - Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work. - Ability to establish and maintain professional and constructive interpersonal relationships. - 2 years? experience in recruitment, HR support functions, or closely related work.
