This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering top-notch service in the heating and cooling industry.Essential Job Responsibilities:-Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that highlight the value and benefits of our services.-Skillfully follow up on warm leads, leveraging your expertise to guide clients through the decision-making process and close the sale.-Proactively reach out to existing and past clients, reigniting their interest in our services.-Ensure a smooth handoff of finalized sales to our skilled Installers and Technicians. Provide all necessary details to guarantee flawless execution of the installation process.-Clearly explain the warranty options available to clients, ensuring they fully understand the protection and peace of mind that comes with their purchase.-Utilize a company-provided vehicle to visit clients at their homes or places of business, demonstrating professionalism and reliability at every step of the journey.-Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.Why you want this position:-Starting salary: $37,000 through $38,000 Base Salary + 3% commission on sales-Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No weekends)-Health Insurance and Retirement 401k-Opportunity to grow financially with commission structureQualifications:Possess a natural ability to connect with people, delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.Maintain the highest standards of integrity and reliability.Demonstrate a consistent history of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.Hold a clean driving record and a spotless criminal background, reflecting your commitment to safety, responsibility, and professionalism.
