In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling our products or services to both consumers and businesses. Your primary focus will be on locating new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and effectively pitching our offerings. If you’re a skilled communicator with a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Develop important relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process.
Understand and demonstrate our product or service to potential customers.
Provide product demonstrations as needed.
Set and meet sales goals and objectives established by leadership.
Continuously improve sales skills to enhance success rates.
Seek new clients and identify business opportunities.
Apply tactics such as cold-calling, attending trade shows, and building mailing lists.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar role.
Familiarity with selling strategies and methods.
Strong working knowledge of our company’s products and competitive offerings.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to navigate various situations to achieve desired goals.
Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred but not mandatory.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for either our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance, or eligible for one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain sales roles only). An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period. This role is also eligible for awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan, which is designed to align participants' interests with those of shareholders.
