About the Team

As our newest Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing integrated marketing programs in support of platform solutions. Reporting to Zoom's Global Integrated Marketing Lead, you will partner cross-functionally to coordinate marketing communications and campaigns to generate engagement and new opportunities across relevant target audience segments.

About the Role

  • You'll source, plan, and execute marketing programs, primarily to support product awareness, engagement and demand generation targets

  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing business owners to identify objectives, craft strategy and project plans to deliver effective integrated marketing programs and customer experiences

  • Leverage data and insights to understand and identify target audience segments (i.e. decision makers, influencers, etc.), customizing marketing approach accordingly

  • Manage all aspects of program execution (planning, intake/scoping, production/activation, creative review process, measurement, optimization) working cross-department to coordinate tactics and achieve results, on-budget

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content Team to develop messaging and marketing content for product awareness, education, expertise and demand generation

  • Create, source and distribute content where necessary, for example writing and managing customer communications, email nurtures, digital ads and social media campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation and product adoption

  • Establish KPIs, create review cycle, and provide insights on customer behavior to continually optimize program success and introduce new marketing channels

  • Analyze and evaluate programs and strategies to determine current and predict future performance and effectiveness

About You

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience running integrated marketing programs

  • Experience marketing within technology, communications preferred; B2B experience also

  • Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset

  • Experience in video or web conferencing in the cloud

  • Proficiency in SFDC, Pardot, Domo/Tableau, Google Analytics/Optimize

  • Strong program/project management skills a must

  • Team player with strong strategic thinking and communication skills

  • Comfortable on video and presenting in webinars
