Carroll College Interim Part-time Registered Nurse for Wellness Center in Helena, Montana
Description: Carroll College seeks an Interim part-time Registered Nurse for our Wellness Center to cover the medical needs of our students for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. This non-benefited position provides support and implementation of appropriate health care delivery, which includes documentation (charting) of health conditions and immunization records, clinical services, wellness and health education that supports and advances the college mission statement. A key aspect of this position is maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to regulatory standards such as FERPA and HIPAA. The position requires attention to details, organization, and a commitment to supporting student well-being while upholding privacy and confidentiality standards. Prerequisites include the following: experience and treatment of a variety of physical and mental health issues, good assessment skills, strong communication skills and the ability to develop and deliver wellness education. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of Montana with at least one year of experience in variety of health care settings.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
