Eaton Corporation IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager in Helena, Montana

Eaton’s Technology Operations is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Manager to join the IT team. As the Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will lead a global team of program and project managers responsible for enterprise hardware delivery.

This is a hybrid position and can be based out of any Eaton location in the US. (Eastern or Central Time zone is preferred.) Relocation within 50 miles of an Eaton location will be provided.

As the Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will lead a global team of program and project managers responsible for enterprise hardware delivery. In addition, you will act as an Agile Coach to provide thought leadership and to reimagine capabilities and processes enabling the transformation to an agile digital mindset across Infrastructure. Your team will transform the delivery of IT Infrastructure products (Servers, Storage, Voice, and Networking) by leveraging various project management methodologies, tools, and processes (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban). Your team will tightly partner with various technical product teams to drive efficiencies in Infrastructure planning and execution while incorporating new ways of working.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as an Agile Coach to help PMs and product team members to adopt agile practices, methods, and digital mindset.

  • Oversee technical project and program managers in the delivery of Infrastructure products across the enterprise

  • Ensure projects are staffed appropriately, mitigate risk and meet budget expectations

  • Foster an environment of engagement, inclusion and accountability through advocacy, empathy, and mentorship.

  • Standardize project execution, define and communicate roles and responsibilities for technical & functional teams to ensure delivery of positive business outcomes

  • Monitor and report on schedule and budget variances across the Project portfolios

  • Develop communication strategies and lead change management process with senior executives (VP, Directors, and Officers) and key stakeholders globally


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required

  • 7+ years of experience in a corporate technology role – specifically supporting infrastructure hardware

  • 3+ years of experience in leading project and/or program management teams

  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship

Position Criteria

  • Knowledge of client server technology including Servers, Storage, IT Security, Voice, and networking.

  • Previously utilized project management methodologies, tools, and practices on an enterprise scale (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Jira, etc.)

The expected annual salary range for this role is $131249.97 - $192499.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
