IT SERVICE DESK CENTRAL SERVICES HELENA, MT * *MISSION - *Montana Department of Corrections is creating a safer Montana through Accountability, Rehabilitation and Empowerment. If you want to work making positive changes in the community the Montana Department of Corrections is the place for you! *JOB OVERVIEW * Assist customers and users with computer or technology-related problems. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Answer questions and train users about computer processes and procedures. * Maintain records of technical issues, customer problems, and actions taken to resolve problems. * Resolve technical support issues for non-technical users. * Setup hardware and software for users. * Provide training to users for software programs and peripheral hardware such as printers. * May assist with computer testing.
