Under the supervision and general direction of the Director of Technical Operations, this role will be responsible for coordinating and managing all IT aspects for the launch of new PACE programs and/or alternative care models. Working with business stakeholders, the Site Launch team, IT vendors and the Information Technology and Services (IT&S) Department to design, this Manager will be responsible to build and implement IT standards for new sites. An additional role will be to assess existing sites and build maturity models, business justifications, implementation plans, get appropriate approvals and then oversee execution of plans within the change management process.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with IT&S departments to design and implement secure, resilient, and redundant IT solutions and strategies for new Site Launches.
Communicate regularly with Supervisor and Launch team point of contacts regarding IT deliverables, priorities, and escalations.
Provide strong hands-on experience with Data center and site IT facility buildouts.
Demonstrate mature design of network cabling requirements, IT client solutions like printing, VOIP, WIFI setup/placement/specs and other site IT requirements.
Design mature building project plans, coordinate with vendors for solutions / implementation plans and good documentation skills.
Work collaboratively with Architects, Technical Leads and Business Teams to continually evolve IT services at the WelbeHealth sites.
Build proper hand-off process for solutions implemented to the appropriate operational support teams which includes support documentation, vendor contact information and any assessment data/results.
Participate in Site launch Go-Live, ‘hypercare’, and site audit events.
Provide timely updates to Launch tracking services and early notification of obstacles to Site Launch lead and project manager.
Work closely with technology and business partners throughout solution design and deployment ensuring proper communication, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Willing to travel 25% of the time to our California Sites, preference for California based candidates
One or more Microsoft solutions certifications preferred in Solutions Architecture, Azure development, or Azure Data Architecture
Experience in architecture, design and implementation of IT solutions in data centers and Site Locations.
Mid-level experience in installing network equipment, Internet connectivity, VOIP, WIFI and WAN/LAN setup and troubleshooting.
Experience working in a regulated environment and implementing compliant solutions
Experience in working with future state strategies in mind while solving immediate requirements and building designs
Ability to do technical design and construction of technical data flows.
Excellent organizational, communication and workflow skills
Ability to understand floor plans and how IT equipment needs to be configured in the design
Excellent Workflow skills, ability to work on simultaneous projects with diverse working groups
Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance best practices and test plan development to independently validate and verify functional and technical requirements.
