They help determine the IT needs of an organization and are responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill the organization's information systems requirements. * Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology or related field; * Four years of relevant experience supporting business needs with IT solutions. * Two years of relevant supervisory experience. * Other combinations of education, certification or experience may be substituted.
