About the Role:

As a CBRE IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for formulating and defining system scopes and objectives. This role with be responsible for helping to build an IT fulfillment and help desk program to support a client account. This role is part of the Business Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities and assist with simple hardware or software issues.

  • Research, support and monitor end-user applications and system platforms and test end-user processes using defined guidelines.

  • Develop relationships with clients and internal and external IT teams.

  • Gather information on areas of improvement and recommend changes to increase user satisfaction.

  • Follow procedures for complex problems and work with management to create and document new IT fulfillment and help desk procedures. This includes an evaluation of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system specifications.

  • Manage international shipping and logistics.

  • Monitor the technology budget and hardware lifecycle program.

  • Have some knowledge of standard IT principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Experience in documenting processes and procedures.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Openness to working occasional non-standard hours to support global teammates.

  • Experience in computer management – including (but not limited to) imaging and customizing for a user.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the IT Systems Analyst position is $75,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the IT Systems Analyst position is $85,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
