The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
Reports to Manager, Audit Completion. Responsible for calculating final policy premium for all adjustable Workers Comp, general liability and auto liability policies through AMS for National, Commercial, SID and International Accounts. Perform data input for statistical reporting for non-automated audited policies.
This position is based 100% remotely and may include a combination of mobile work and/or work from your primary residence
What Will You Do?
Calculate final premium on adjustable policies billed through AMS by rerating policies according to actual exposures submitted by auditors.
Produce and distribute vouchers through Audit Automation, AFABS or Lotus spreadsheet to be used for insured billing calculations.
Revise existing vouchers as required.
Monitor daily exception screen in Audit Automation to identify and correct data input by auditors which has triggered system edits prohibiting vouchering.
Input status updates in Audit Automation for workflow tracking.
Verify and collect omitted information from policy services, marketing, and field auditors.
Input audited premium to AMS for non workers comp policies.
Balance audited premium to AMS.
Produce cover letters for loss sensitive accounts and mail with audit vouchers to marketing and producers for their review.
Key Workers Comp Bahler vouchers into AFABS system for statistical reporting for non-automated audited policies.
Maintain updated USAIG files. Maintain up-to-date Completion Procedures via ICON.
Research and respond to inquiries referred by managers and field auditors.
Participate in projects and assignments as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Two years experience in premium audit preferred.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Basic communication skills.
Customer service orientation.
System expertise to support administration and servicing of accounts and to verify audited premium calculations.
Ability to balance timeliness and accuracy.
Working knowledge of premium audit process and related functions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Clearly expresses ideas, recommendations, etc. orally and in writing.
Listens to and understands what others are saying.
Shares information and maintains confidentiality.
Working knowledge of Commercial Lines products.
Familiarity with related Commercial Lines functions (underwriting, claims, policy services)
Working knowledge of Property Casualty business and loss sensitive products.
