Our Lot Attendants are the utility players of the dealership, meaning they do a little bit of everything. We are looking for hard working, go getters to join our lot attendant team! Job Description: - Maintain general maintenance and upkeep of the dealership and other properties - Assist with lot and showroom organization & vehicle inventory management - Perform necessary seasonal tasks; snow plowing, pulling weeds, blowing leaves - Wash dealership and customer vehicles when necessary - Able to help with varying tasks and duties both inside and outside the dealership Job Requirements: - Proactive and self-motivated, someone able to work without a lot of direction - Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions - Willing to work in a team atmosphere - Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and have a good driving record - Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screenings Benefits: - Health, dental, vision & disability insurance - 401k plan with match and profit-sharing - Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off - In-State college tuition reimbursement for employees & their dependents Compensation: $15+/hour Apply: www.helenamotors.com/careers
