Job Description
Responsibilities
Support multiple COBOL, DB2 and VSAM batch and online applications
Complete various production support activities such as analyzing coding testing debugging maintenance and documentation
This would be a 24x7 support/on call role
Attend project meetings and report status as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of IT experience
Minimum of 4 years’ mainframe applications experience working with COBOL JCL VSAM DB2
At least 2 years’ hands-on experience with DB2
In-depth Systems Analysis experience required
Experience with at least one debugging tool
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required
Previous experience working in 24x7 support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
