HOLIDAY HUNTERS POINTE Maintenance Attendant in HELENA, Montana
Responsibilities The Evening Maintenance Attendant primarily performs common area cleaning daily in accordance with Company standards and also performs room turns (getting a room ready for a new resident). Provide cleaning services for business offices, apartments, interior and exterior public and common areas, and amenities of the community in a safe, neat, clean, and attractive condition. Provide floor care services for carpet, vinyl, tile, and wood floors, including vacuuming, extracting, etc. Assist in maintaining community areas, including sidewalks, public walkways and stairways, and building exteriors. Ensure garden areas are neat, clean, and in attractive condition at all times. Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas. Help get community unit inventory ready for new residents. Standard unit turn tasks include, but are not limited to, changing plumbing fixtures, replacing switches, light fixtures, or door knobs, and painting walls. Work with General Manager (GM) to prioritize apartments for room turn (getting room ready for new residents). Room turn tasks are to be completed daily and communicated to GM, who will update the Rent Ready Tracker. Notify management of concerning needs for repairs. Report potentially unsafe conditions promptly to Supervisor. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work performed. May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned. Qualifications Must successfully complete all Holiday by Atria specified training programs. Able to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed. Able to safely use basic maintenance and landscape-related hand tools and light power tools, such as shovels, rakes, blowers, mowers, drills, saws, sanders, buffers, vacuuming, extractors, etc. Evening Maintenance Attendants will be required to work with caustic materials and cleaning equipment to fulfill their job responsibilities. They must be able to understand English well enough to read and comply with safety instructions for the proper use of such materials and machinery to protect themselves and others (employees, residents, and guests) from injury. Wage $17.50/hour
