JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Enterprise Partnerships supports the development, launch, and activation of global partnerships for Marriott Bonvoy and Marriott International, and is dedicated to identifying, planning, deploying and managing activity with extensive cross team collaboration. This position will manage initiatives that drive engagement with Marriott Bonvoy members and revenue generation for the loyalty program, hotels, and Marriott International (MI). Position requires strong relationship management, communication, project management, execution, and analytical skills. Success is predicated on the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Digital, IT, the Continents, Legal, Loyalty Analytics, Loyalty Operations, and other business units.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience Required

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance

  • OR

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, partnerships, or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.

  • 2+ years of experience in loyalty / enterprise partnerships / project management / program management

Education and Experience Preferred

  • Demonstrated understanding of MI Loyalty program and partnerships

  • Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to drive initiatives to launch and grow over time.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Strategic Partner Expansion & Program Management

  • Provides support for the development and management of Enterprise partnerships.

  • Works closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, Digital, Loyalty and others to ensure successful partnership activation and platform management.

  • Maintains enterprise partner roadmap and prioritization list for all IT projects across the loyalty travel partner programs.

  • Manages all workstreams for program activation of new partners (Digital, IT, CEC, Loyalty Operations, Legal, etc.).

  • Provides regular competitive updates of partner programs.

Managing Work, Projects, and Policies

  • Implements work and projects as assigned.

  • Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

  • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

  • Provides timely, accurate, and detailed status reports as requested.

Demonstrating and Applying Discipline Knowledge

  • Provides technical expertise and support to persons inside and outside of the department.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of function-specific procedures.

  • Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to job.

  • Uses computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data and/ or process information.

California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $81,525.00 to $174,271.00 annually.

Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $81,525.00 to $158,430.00 annually.

New York City & Westchester County, NY Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $98,644.00 to $174,271.00 annually.

Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $81,525.00 to $174,271.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
