Project Manager – Victim Services
ICF seeks a motivated Project Manager with demonstrated experience leading Human Trafficking projects and activities. Do you have experience working with federal grants? Do you have experience working with HT task forces and understand the complexity of coordinating an effective multi-disciplinary approach Specifically, you will be charged with overseeing effective training and technical assistance (TTA) services to improve the ability of state, local, and tribal law enforcement to identify victims of human trafficking and related offenses and to investigate and prosecute such offenses. Do you have knowledge coordinating responses with multiple disciplines i.e., victim service providers, law enforcement and prosecutors at local, state, tribal and federal levels? Do you have experience addressing challenges and providing opportunities to grow with strategic and long-term planning?

Overseeing the training and technical assistance (TTA) team to ensure responses include proactive and intensive approaches.
Effectively interacting and providing responsive information to representatives from the U.S. Department of Justice and other Federal bureaus and offices, state government offices, lae enforcement, as well as members of statewide coalitions and survivors of crimes.
Coordinating with other Federal TTA providers to avoid duplication and enhance collaborative impact to delivery of TTA services to law enforcement.
Ensuring accurate grant administration and implementation to include all grant reporting, budget and deliverables timelines and tracking and completing all required Federal grantee recipient training and onboarding.
Working with ICF HT working group, to share insights, and opportunities to collaborate.
Attending onsite TTA events as necessary to monitor, observe content and assist participants as needed. When appropriate and approved.
Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences, criminal justice, victimology, or related field.
5+ years of experience working in a HT task force or related multi-discipline role.
Knowledge of working within HT task forces or other multidisciplinary groups, to include developing task force goals, referral and communication protocols, assessing roles in and out of active co-cases, and creating sustainability plans.
Understanding of and experience with providing TTA to law enforcement.
Knowledge of trauma and its impact on individuals working with HT survivors and other stakeholders and community partners.
Experience in the development, delivery, and management of training and technical assistance, including design and delivery of training curricula.
Experience building successful community and system-based partnerships and how to sustain effective collaborative relationships.
Experience in the development, delivery, and management of training and technical assistance.
Working knowledge of the mission and programs of the Office of Justice Programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation, public education, and trauma sensitive communications.
Demonstrated sensitivity to and knowledge of issues involved in working with diverse victim populations and service organizations.
Master’s degree in social work, sociology, or related social sciences field.
Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments and develop plans for delivery of services based on needs assessment.
Knowledge of national, state, and local organizations and allied professionals that serve victims of human trafficking.
Familiarity with working in a corporate culture.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to produce high quality work.
Ability to be flexible, detail-oriented, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
