Hey there! We're on the lookout for a talented and enthusiasticMarketing Insights Associateto join our team at the Montana Lottery. As the Marketing Insights Associate, you'll work with our Scratch Product Manager and our marketing team on all things Lottery. We need someone who will play a key role in assisting with the creative process and analyzing our unique product offerings. If you're a problem-solving expert with great attention to detail and love working both independently and as part of a group, this job is perfect for you! Responsibilities · Let your creative side out of the box! In concert with the Instant Product Manager, this person conceptualizes, creates, and delivers more than 45 fun and entertaining Scratch games per year. This is where you get to think design, color, fonts, harmony, and playability. Fun, right?! · Equally as important to that creative work, dive deep into sales data, investigate the analytics of why and how our products perform the way they do. · Skillfully present data to the team in a compelling manner. · Use your keen eye for detail and the ability to review technical documents related to each game that is created. · Help us move toward the future by assisting with short and long-term product planning. · Collaborate with savvy and creative marketing folks to tackle any issues and be a catalyst for innovation. What are we looking for? * Hold a 2-year to 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Public Administration or a closely related field. o Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. * Objectively critique artwork for creative aesthetics * Be proficient in MS Excel, including the ability to maintain and update existing files * Ability to collect, manipulate, summarize, and present data * Ability to review documents with a high degree of accuracy * Ability to be highly organized in your work, stay on task, and meet deadlines Title: Marketing Insights Associate Location: Helena Requisition ID: 24141545
