Job Summary Helena Motors is seeking a skilled and certified Master Automotive Technician to join our award-winning service team. This Mechanic role requires expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with precision and efficiency. As a Master Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety by delivering the highest standard of automotive service. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, steering, and suspension. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and adheres to Helena Motors? quality standards. Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide clear, accurate estimates and repair timelines. Mentor and provide guidance to less-experienced technicians. Stay current on manufacturer training and certifications to maintain expertise. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Uphold Helena Motors' commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician. Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems. Proficient in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver?s license and clean driving record. Passion for the automotive industry and continuous learning. Work Schedule Full-time, 4x10 schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance.
