We are looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer that will support the myTrailhead Solution Engineers, Account Executives, and the broader Salesforce organization. This person is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company’s technology, and to remove technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Associate SE must have a strong desire to leverage technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.Responsibilities:

  • Execute and enable customers for Proofs of Concept & Pilots of the myTrailhead offering

  • Act as a go-to technical resource to support the global team of myTrailhead Account Executives

  • Support global myTrailhead SEs on demo environment setup and best practices

  • Build and advise on demos which showcase an end to end enablement journey through all Salesforce products (e.g., myTrailhead + Marketing Cloud/Pardot + Experience, etc)

  • Support global myTrailhead SEs in technical sales motions, including (but not limited to) qualification & discovery

  • Manage & Respond to RFxs, manage documentation on security architecture and compliance

  • Assist with new customer acquisition and educate existing customers on the latest product offerings as the product evolves

  • Work with customers, CSMs and sales teams to ensure customer readiness for myTrailhead including provisioning requirements, setup best practices, and pre- to post-sale transitions (e.g., myDomain, namespaces, SSO, etc)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Experience navigating businesses of all sizes within a sales cycle

  • Experience using REST APIs

  • 1-2 years experience in a SaaS (selling and/or co-selling) environment a plus

  • Startup experience serving Enterprise customers a plus

  • Experience manipulating & extending the Salesforce platform a plus

  • Salesforce Administration Certification a plus

  • Partner sales / community interactions a plus
