Intel Networking and Edge Global Sales Account Director in Helena, Montana
The Networking and Edge business is a fast growing and nascent business for Intel. Team Dell has experienced 10x growth over the past 8 years, leveraging Dell's scale to bring uniformity and cost effectiveness to the market. Michael Dell recently identified this part of the business as one of his three key focus areas for the company over the next 10 years.
As the leader of NEX and OEM business for the Dell account you will be responsible for setting priorities for the team, delivering business results, setting strategies for growing and managing NEX business, developing employees, and managing a high performing team. Candidate must have excellent sales knowledge of Intel client and data centric roadmaps and industry knowledge and functioning of Telco, edge and embedded requirements. This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for working with customers on joint sales and marketing programs which includes creative, imaginative and proactive marketing or business development programs. Supports the major customer sales force and negotiates with many levels of customer management. Represents Intel in third party relationships. Requires extensive theoretical, practical, and industry knowledge. Applies and/or develops highly advanced technologies, principles, and concepts.

Specifically, responsibilities include:
Driving cooperation and coordinated efforts across multiple business units within our account team, the various divisions at Intel, and inside of Dell EMC Technologies.
Architecting new programs and routes to market to drive adoption of new technologies.
Creating sales and marketing strategies for Dell's OEM/customized and Edge lines of business to leverage existing products into new markets and opportunities.
Identifying solution and roadmap gaps in Dell product lines to enable access to new markets opportunities.
Driving changes back into the Intel business unit based on customer needs.
Managing senior stakeholder relationships within Intel, Dell, and Partners.
Developing and maintaining a high performing and diverse team of sales professionals.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
Five+ years of experience in delivering to global revenue targets.
Strong leadership skills demonstrated with both direct and matrixed reports along with key stakeholders to deliver sales results.
Prior experience in embedded, OEM, Telco and edge business segments is highly valued

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
