Westaff is seeking an Office Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk for a local hardware store in Helena, MT!Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, M-F, 8am - 5pm*must be available to work every third SaturdayPay: $18-$20/hour DOEResponsibilities of Office Assistant: Accounts PayableInvoice/packing slip reconciliationAccounts receivableDelinquent account collectionCustomer serviceDaily bank depositsCashierBalance cash tillsData entry, filingInventory controlAnswer multi-line phonesSome office janitorialOther tasks as neededQualifications: Good communication skills, both orally and in writing, are requiredBookkeeping/Accounting Experience preferred10 - key preferredTypingComputer knowledgeExperience with multi-line phones a plusAbility to work under stress and be able to multi-task efficientlyMust know the difference of a debit and a credit, and be able to troubleshoot bookkeeping errorsMust be able to work quickly and accuratelyAttention to detail requiredExcellent customer service skills neededRetail experience helpful, but not necessaryBenefits:Permanent opportunity for the right fit!
