Oracle Oracle Cloud ERP - Implementation Support Consultant in Helena, Montana

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge and hands-on implementation/support experience in one or more Oracle Cloud pillars; primarily Financials, HCM and SCM are nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, support, and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP modules.

  • Analyze business processes and provide solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud functionalities.

  • Configure and customize Oracle Cloud applications to meet business requirements.

  • Develop and maintain technical solutions, including SQL, PLSQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, ADF Faces, BI Extract for FTP, payment integrations, and customization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver Oracle Cloud-based solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in Oracle Cloud applications.

  • Provide expert implementation advice to customers for various business scenarios.

  • Maintain and create documentation for architecture, design, implementation, support, and testing activities.

  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud product features, business models, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes and Oracle Cloud ERP concepts.

  • Hands-on experience in at least five modules from the following Oracle Cloud pillars:

  • ERP: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Projects, RMCS, PPM, JVM, Contracts, Expenses, Billing.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.

  • Excellent customer interaction and service orientation to address critical situations and manage expectations effectively.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to engage with peers across teams.

  • Experience in operations management and process improvement.

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing business environment.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $30.87 to $67.88 per hour; from: $64,200 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
