Oracle Oracle Health Customer Operations Consultant in Helena, Montana

Job Description

We partner with our clients to drive HDI product sustainment via adoption, optimization, and operational efficiencies, bridging the gap between their current and desired future state.

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting professional has broad understanding of Health Network (Oracle Health Data Intelligence/HealtheIntent) products, industry best practices, acumen across multiple healthcare IT/business processes, as well as relevant consulting practice experience.

This role requires you to bring top-notch communication, operational, and customer-engagement skills to the table as we work with customers post-implementation on the sustainment and growth of their investment in Oracle Health.

This role works with directly with customer stakeholders in Population health, IT, and Analytics and with internal stakeholders including Health Network Strategy Executives, Consulting, Client Relationships, Customer Success, Product, and Support.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Independently exercises judgment and business acumen in recommending methods and techniques for non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

  • Partners with internal aligned stakeholder teams on customer engagement and product sustainment/growth.

  • Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of professional services consulting deals (optimizations, consulting team alignments, etc.).

  • Builds and maintains acumen relevant to Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI/HealtheIntent) products and related industry knowledge to improve customer engagements.

  • Builds and maintains a network of internal stakeholders positioned to meet customer needs.

  • Leads product sustainment aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated solutions to customer needs.

  • Anticipates risks and suggest risk mitigation to internal stakeholders.

  • Resolves complex customer issues by recommending solutions and partnering with internal stakeholders on progression of resolution(s).

  • Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to craft and articulate technology solutions encompassing multiple products.

  • In-depth knowledge of product maintenance and operations methodologies and best practices.

  • Knowledge of industry topics, competitive & partner products, technology and solutions.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Key Requirements & Experience:

  • 8-10 years relevant experience including 4 years consulting experience.

  • Broad knowledge of Oracle Health HDI/HealtheIntent products.

  • Comfort analyzing customer data to uncover opportunities.

  • Comfort with internal support tools, teams and processes (JIRA, Supportal, etc).

  • Strong communication skills - must have excellent, polished written (including digital tools like email, PowerPoint, etc.) and verbal communication skills and be comfortable presenting information both internally and with customers. Customer relationship management experience preferred.

  • Cross-functional collaboration - ability to work within multiple matrixed stakeholder groups and effectively further shared goals for the customer and Oracle.

  • Ability to articulate how Oracle Health products relate and contribute solutions to customer problems.

  • Project/Program management experience.

  • Experience in influencing services opportunities to customers preferred.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
