Play a critical role in helping to strategically coordinate utilization of creative resources across our multi-national team of designers, content strategists, multimedia creatives, and UX designers to produce work that wins more business.

Are you our next Resource Lead?

The Resource Lead is a highly collaborative role within our Experience Group. The Resource Lead is one part process excellence and two parts creative collaboration. You will work alongside managers, creative leads, content strategists, messaging strategists, and producers to maximize creative talent and facilitate their impact — comfortable creating and managing forecasts and sharing and guiding leaders through our status. You have an excellent understanding and empathy for the creative process, with a deep investment in business priorities. You thrive at being at the center of solving problems and supporting people and their teams. You have your pulse on the workflow, capacity, and needs of our team on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with producers and creative directors to assess talent needs, acts as point of contact to book and confirm talent

  • Ability to recognize internal creative needs or project risks

  • Readily matches team members against projects

  • Manage and resolves resource booking conflicts

  • Maintains and develops weekly forecasting reports to present to leadership

  • Monitor day to day project activities, checking with creative teams and identifies potential instances of over and underutilization, working with managers to address and solve those issues

Desired Skills/Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Experience working in highly creative and collaborative environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • Detail oriented with the ability to create and maintain schedules and projections

  • Love solving problems and helping to create healthier systems

  • Comfortable generating reports and projections

  • Facilitates weekly resource meetings
