Job Title:
Order Management Analyst
Role Overview:
The Trellix Order Management team is seeking an Order Management Analyst who will be responsible for processing several types of orders, data research and analysis, and assisting in process improvement initiatives. Ensures that all policies and procedures are implemented and well documented, perform periodic internal reviews and identify compliance risks and issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contribute to the daily Order to Cash process, by validating and processing all types of purchase orders coming into the work queue.
Daily interaction with Distributors, Sales, Deal Desk, Data Base and other departments for problem resolution and correct course of action to ensure orders are booked cleanly and in a timely manner
Communicate effectively and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong data analysis and research skills throughout different systems and applications to ensure a high level of accuracy when approving purchase orders.
Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process and the importance of the role played by the Order Management Team and its members.
Ability to quickly identify problems, suggest innovative solutions, and implement changes accordingly as well as having a good understanding of the RMA and Credit/Rebill processes
This job requires employee availability for extended working hours during our peak times such as quarter end and month end.
Ability to prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Ensures that all policies and procedures are followed for every order and identifypossible compliance risks and issues.
The ability to work independently and utilize different tools and resources such as the quoting handbook, price books and product requirements handbook to aid in research and problem resolution.
Identify, make recommendations, and lead initiatives to make improvements to processes and systems
Lead and participate in cross functional projects to ensure appropriate parties are engaged and deadlines are met.
Help build awareness and be an advocate for compliance across the Order to Cash organization
Technical Skills / Experience:
Order Management Experienced (Preferred).
Detailed oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly.
Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize requests and obtain proper responses.
Customer success driven and strong Team working skills.
Work independently with time management skills in order to contribute to the Team workload.
Basic knowledge of SAP, Customized Applications, CRM systems and proficient in MS Excel.
Proficient in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting order and customer data.
Ability to create positive relationships and influence internal and external customers.
Education and/or Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
2-3 years of experience in Order Management, Operations, Logistics, Data Analysis, Customer Service or related role
