Oracle Organizational Change Consultant in Helena, Montana
Job Description
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver change management solutions on a federal complex customer engagement.
Responsibilities
As an Organizational Change Consultant on Oracle's Federal Change Management team, you will collect and analyze data through interview, observation and informal discussion to understand an organization’s culture, success factors, and barriers. You will build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. You will need to understand success metrics, monitor change progress and provide updates on change readiness. You will also define and build a plan to address anticipated resistance and identify development opportunities for change sponsors.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience working through challenges in healthcare clinical and business processes by identifying the challenge, and forming tactics and approaches to work through the challenge. This would include analyzing and documenting data through various tools used in Microsoft application suites such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A candidate has strong facilitation and presentation skills; able to develop and present detailed, actionable proposals and plans; the ability to interact with stakeholders by building relationships; and excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
At least 5 years additional higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) - Association of Change Management Professionals
At least 2 years of change management work experience
At least 1 year Oracle Cerner Millennium solution knowledge
Healthcare Acumen background
Expectations:
Healthcare workflow impact analysis experience
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $35.29 to $61.88 per hour; from $73,400 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
