Project Duration:Consulting Position, 6 months

Project Location:Remote

Job Title:Overpayment Mitigation Analyst


Implement processes to significantly reduce erroneous overpayments to employees across all locations. The Analyst will report to the Production organization with a dotted line to the Case Management Consultant.


• Collaborate with ITSS on report-driven solutions

• Analyze all pay runs for potential Overpayment

• Intercept and mitigate all Overpayment using trend analysis

• Drive resolution on Overpayment backlog

• Analyze root causes of Overpayment

• Develop phase 1 solution – E2E Overpayment Mitigation Cases/Transactions

• Monitor Progress

• Collaborate with ES to escalate, resolve, and possibly collect large overpayments

• Collaborate with locations to implement site-wide mitigation initiatives on location-driven root causes

• Simplify overpayment recovery
