Carroll College Part-Time ROTC Administrative Coordinator in Helena, Montana
Description: Carroll College, a private, Catholic liberal arts college located in Helena, Montana seeks a part-time Administrative Coordinator for the ROTC Program. The position provides administrative office support and serves as a liaison with Carroll College, University of Montana, and the US Army Cadet Command to include preparation, updating and maintenance of records and files, maintaining office calendar, drafting, preparing and typing correspondence, maintaining supply of forms both Carroll and military, and budgeting duties for Cadet fund. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and familiarity with data base systems is a must. Position is also responsible for Cadet Advising on commencement progress and liaising with Carroll on Academic progress. Successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work independently, good writing skills, and must support the mission of Carroll College. Preference given to those with experience with Word and Microsoft Office, and experience in a military or higher education setting or Carroll College experience. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or G.E.D. with two years of related college or office manager experience. Must be able to pass a background check to receive a Common Access Card from the military.
