Overview of Job Function
Verint is currently seeking a Partner Marketing Senior Manager who will play a key role on our marketing team. This role works cross-functionally and coordinates with the channel sales, marketing, and partner operations teams. The person who fills this position will be an integral member of the team, tasked with developing exciting co-marketing programs for our Global, Enterprise and Strategic partners. The Partner Marketing Senior Manager will have experience creating marketing campaigns aligned to business targets and supported by joint value propositions.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities
Work with partner teams with a consultative approach to develop and implement marketing plans and programs with a focus on creating more prescriptive 1:1 marketing communication for each partner.
Create channel marketing plans focused on demand generation activities that are repeatable and scalable and align with pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals.
Create partner “Campaign in a Box” kits and programs and enable our partner’s marketing teams to more easily market Verint solutions and successfully execute marketing plans.
Work with Content Marketing and Partner Enablement to develop and manage sales collateral and ensure availability on partner intranet.
Communication to partners regarding programs, events, and product specific information.
Measure and report the results of partner marketing programs, promotions, and co-marketing activities.
Work with strategic partners to meet their goals by driving joint plan for awareness and lead generation activities incorporating GTMplans through marketing initiatives such as joint webinars, collateral, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure timely and relevant updates about products, launches, and updates is communicated to partners.
Optimize and experiment to improve key partner metrics.
Collaborate with other marketing teammates to ensure our channel partners are considered in every program and campaign we run.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
10 years + experience in partner marketing or channel marketing and building partner programs
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to gain and apply knowledge of various software systems/programs including marketing, survey and social media tools for various uses
Excellent organization, time management, and customer service skills
Ability to grasp, understand, and support creative concepts
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team atmosphere
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Able to travel 25% of the time
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel
4 years of experience in Technology marketing is preferred
6 years of experience with SFDC, Eloqua, and Partner Portal is a plus
