St. Peters Health PBS Coordinator Patient Financial Counseling in Helena, Montana
Under the leadership of the Business Office Director, the Financial Counseling Coordinator is responsible for the day to day oversight and supervision of Patient Financial Advocacy team. Serves as a role model and acts as a mentor for great customer service and ensures compliance with established behavioral standards. Works closely with leadership in managing and implementing St. Peter’s standards and policies; ensuring quality measures are established and standards are met throughout the organization. Works with a diverse group of individuals, including staff, outside agencies, and customers, to facilitate smooth departmental operation while promoting hospital and departmental initiatives and goals.
