Responsibilities

Summary:

  • Candidates should have expertise project management information system (PMIS) technology and leading practices.

  • Candidates should have experience in large-scale construction project controls and performance management and developing client-specific key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Candidates should understand implementation strategy, deployment, and systems integration/migration in both the public and private sectors and across industries.

  • Candidates should have experience in current-state assessment and strategic planning of project management technology.

  • Candidates should have experience managing both large- and small-scale teams with an emphasis on managing relationships with third-party vendors.

  • Candidates should have experience leading business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.

  • Candidates should have experience creating and contributing to thought leadership and/or industry regulatory publications/articles.

  • Candidates should be highly proficient at conducting research and interpreting complex governance and policy

  • Candidates should have exceptional oral and written communication skills and experience

  • Candidates should have exceptional skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advisory services related to planning, deploying, and maintaining project management information system (PMIS) technology.

  • Develop road mapping and strategic plans to be used by key business leaders to make informed investment decisions.

  • Perform overall project/program management duties when needed including project scheduling, planning, assignments and budgeting.

  • Establish overall program/project management standards by which projects are delivered and measured.

  • Lead business development efforts in PMIS and serve as a key point of contact for business development internally/externally.

  • Serve as a leader in recruiting/retention

  • Proactively conduct market trend research allowing for Guidehouse to differentiate from competition

  • Seek opportunities for further work in existing client workstreams

  • Lead third-party PMIS vendor management and establish strategic partnerships

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1

    • Experience directly leading client relationships and engagement teams
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Degree(s) Preferred: Master’s Degree (MBA, MPP, MPA, etc.)

  • Certification(s) Preferred: Project Management Professional

    Preferred:

  • Experience managing PMIS deployment across multiple industries.

  • Experience with federal, state, and local procurement regulations and requirements for technology implementation.

  • Engineering or technical expertise in project controls, project management technology, capital infrastructure

  • Experience drafting documents, memos, letters, and other formal communications to clients

Additional Requirements
