Our organization is growing and in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support our senior management. As a strategist, consultant, and implementer; the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the senior management. This individual will play a key role in the Organization and oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of executives. The successful candidate will communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Be able to review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them. Will help to improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams to deliver high complexity projects under strict timelines.

  • Drive projects from initial concept through incubation, development, delivery, and ongoing operations.

  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members from various departments to achieve project goals.

  • Clearly define project deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all team members.

  • Ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives across all stakeholders

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and strategic planning for high-complexity cross-functional projects.

  • Develop detailed project requirements and standards, ensuring thorough documentation and planning.

  • Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, address questions, and resolve challenges.

  • Develop and implement value creation processes with clear inputs and outputs.

  • Establish and monitor performance KPIs to track project progress and impact, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

  • Review and analyze existing workstreams to identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance efficiency, speed, and overall productivity.

  • Communicate effectively with executives, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.

  • Write comprehensive project review documents, including status reports, post-mortem analyses, and lessons learned..

Qualification and desired experience

  • 10+ years in business, product or operations planning.

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) from an accredited institution preferred. Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies are a plus.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-complexity, cross-functional projects from inception to completion

  • Excellent executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise project review documents.

  • Experience in Datacenter operations, software/hardware development is critical.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
