Product Manager, Operations & Go-to-Market
We're seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Product Manager to drive the operational success of our product portfolio. This role is deeply rooted in operationalization, requiring close collaboration with a broad range of internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing market success. You will be the central point of contact, coordinating across IT, billing, logistics operations, customer support, revenue management, sales, marketing, and communications to bring products to market effectively and efficiently.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the business by focusing on the critical operational and go-to-market aspects of the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams (IT, billing, logistics operations, customer support, revenue management, sales, marketing, and communications, etc.) in the execution of product launch and ongoing operational plans.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for product launches and operational initiatives.
Oversee all operational aspects of product launches, including process design, systems integration, training, and support readiness.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and channel activation.
Partner with customer support and billing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support.
Work with revenue management to establish pricing strategies and track product performance.
Identify and mitigate potential operational risks and roadblocks.
Continuously optimize operational processes and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
Manage product lifecycle activities post-launch, with a focus on operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
Proven experience in product management, operations management, or a related field.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process improvement methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Anticipated salary range: $93,500 - $120,240
