Job Description
As an innovative and customer focused product manager, you will transform how businesses engage their customers. With a strong focus on business results you would be responsible to create customer community of existing customer base. You would be the key connect between the customers and Development team and passing valuable insights and customer feedback to the development team helping shape the future of the product and helping the customers to stay on our platform.
Department Description:
Our group focuses on enabling innovation for the Line of Business. As part of the Oracle Middleware Platform, our team drives the portfolio of Customer Managed services that enables businesses to connect information to work and deliver best in class digital experiences. Our product line-up includes all the products under WebCenter platform (Content, Sites and Portal)
Position Overview:
As part of the WebCenter Platform Product Management team, you will drive the adoption our cloud services & sustenance of existing customer, by evangelizing and building GTM assets that drive business results, improve the effectiveness of our sales team and grow our partner ecosystems and cloud marketplace. This includes focused attention to existing customer base by firstly connecting and then building relations by hosting customer events.
Responsibilities
Drive customer reach out programs to connect and build relations with the help of sales and support.
Drive GTM activities in region to grow leads and awareness within the region around Content Cloud
Develop technical assets and training material to educate our technical field, partners and customers
Identify solution opportunities through interactions with customers, sales, pre-sales, partners and industry business groups
Define, build and deliver compelling demos and solutions to showcase our products and services
Work closely with our partners to develop cloud based solutions
Engage on social media to support and grow our customer community
Communicate key aspects and benefits of our portfolio to prospects, customers, and partners
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
