Overview of Job Function:

TheProduct Marketing Director requires a deep understanding of the Verint’s Experience Management solutions and their business value to our customers. This role will be responsible for developing effective messaging, material, and campaigns that help drive product adoption. This is a high-visibility role that works with product management, sales, go-to-market, marketing, and enablement teams to help Verint differentiate and lead in our category. The Product Markketing Director will handle both strategic and tactical roles from driving product positioning with key executives and presenting on stage or on webinars, to working with industry analysts, to delivering engaging content and executing marketing campaigns.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning: Track and deeply understand the competitive landscape and current roadmap product capabilities Refine our product positioning and differentiation across all internal and external-facing content. Partner with GTM team on solution packaging, sales plays, competitive intelligence, and more.

  • Content: Create and own compelling collateral that communicates the value and benefits of Verint’s Experience Management solutions internally and to the market. This includes sales collateral in the form of PowerPoint slides, solution sheets, playbooks, and marketing assets like ebooks, website content, and videos.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Partner with marketing and sales colleagues to create campaigns (email sequences, featured content, landing pages, etc.) that help with customer renewal and expansion as well as net new business goals. Be relentless in unearthing our customers’ successes and the real business impact that Verint helps them achieve; working marketing team to produce and communicate those results as case studies, webinars, testimonials, blog posts, references, etc.

  • Go-to-Market: Support product releases and sales play initiatives with release messaging, sales enablement, campaign execution and reporting, and project management.

  • Field Enablement and Content Management: Help manage our growing library of content to ensure that internal teams are aware of customers’ needs, market dynamics, industry trends and competitive landscape.

  • Analyst relations: day to day management of the analyst relation program for Verint XM business unit; build trusted relationships with first and second tier analysts at Forrester and Gartner; create presentations for analyst briefings and inquiries; work with Verint AR team .to keep the program moving forward; project manage category reports like Wave, MQ, and vendor landscape studies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent work experience.

  • 12+ years in software product marketing, go-to-market, or strategic operations.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment to garner support, transfer enthusiasm, spark innovation, drive execution and resolve conflicts and challenges.

  • Effective at interacting with a wide range of audiences, including the executive level, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communications abilities.

  • Effective problem solver with strong business acumen, creativity, and high analytical skills.

  • Adept at quickly understanding new technologies and identifying business value.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

  • The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in managing cloud-based enterprise software solutions.

  • Experience with CX/ Experience Management portfolio solutions and customer engagement technology.

  • Social media marketing experience.
