Manage a team of high performing product and program managers, data analysts/operations researchers and data engineers. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Manage a team of high performing product and program managers, data analysts/operations researchers and data engineers, to:
Lead product vision / strategy and definition for our OCI Data Center Information Management (DCIM) product
Support the development of analytics-powered tools that guide improved operational and business efficiency
Identify the need for and support the development of prototype and PoC tools, rapidly delivering strategic business value
Drive canonical data definitions, quality, accuracy and KPIs for Data Center operations
Communicate with customers and stakeholders
Understand customer needs and pain points; translate into product strategy & roadmap
Communicate strategy and roadmap across the organization and with stakeholders
Create & maintain documentation as needed to communicate vision, strategy, and progress towards outcomes
Your Skills and Experience
Product
Experience crafting long term vision
Experience guiding product from inception through launch
Experience gaining alignment across diverse stakeholders throughout the product development process
Experience working through others to execute product strategy
Strong writing and communication skills
Analytics
Background in statistics, econometrics
Advanced Excel
Ability to communicate analytical relationships through visual presentation
Experience querying and analyzing data using SQL, SAS, Stata, Python or similar
Management
Experience setting organizational-level goals for team and ensuring progress towards those goals
Experience managing performance – both high performers and individuals who need extra support
Experience recruiting and hiring people – people want to work for you and with you!
Required
10+ years of career experience
5+ years leading initiatives and teams
STEM-oriented educational background (self-taught is okay)
Bachelors degree
Preferred
20+ years of career experience
10+ years leading initiatives and teams in large organizations, with preference for large tech company experience
4+ years working in the Cloud
Economic consulting background
Investment banking / finance experience
MBA from a top tier university

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
