Humana’s Corporate Marketing organization is looking for a Functional Product Owner 2 who is interested in becoming Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certified to join the Marketing Regulatory and Operational Communications (MROC) team. If you are ready to join the team of professionals responsible for Humana’s success in delivering messaging to members through direct mail, email, outbound, etc., then this just may be the role for you!
As the Product Owner 2, you will support a Marketing Strategy Team by leading journeys, campaigns, or communications with business strategy and consults on marketing and communication delivery strategy.
Key Role Functions
Collaborates within Agile team, including stakeholders, Analytics, Campaign Development, Quality Assurance, external vendors, etc. to align on dependencies and prioritization
Consults with Marketing Strategy Team to advise on marketing and communication delivery strategy
Partners with Marketing Strategy Team to prioritize incoming projects and change requests, working to meet project tasks/milestones
Look for enhancements to the messaging to achieve the strategy/goal of the business
Plan and lead requirement gathering sessions with Agile team
Work to build out annual and quarterly roadmaps in partnership with Marketing Strategy Team
Develop and communicate the sprint goals, and make sure the acceptance criteria is met
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and consolidate across lines of business or products
Work closely with Marketing Strategy Team and Scrum Master to provide progress updates and ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
Identify and research potential pre and post production issues and assist in resolution
Promote best practice solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve overall adoption
Ensure clear and effective communication with existing or concurrent projects
SFMC Email Specialist Certification must be gained within 6 months of hire date.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who demonstrates initiative and follow-through. Having a collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts is also a must.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business OR 2+ years of equivalent related experience
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing platforms and their capabilities such as Unica, Adobe Campaign, Acoustic, SFMC, etc.
Experience with marketing communications
Requirements documentation/story creation experience
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Demonstrated skills working with cross-functional teams
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
SFMC Email Specialist Certification (certification must be gained within 6 months of hire date)
SFMC platform experience
Experience with Aprimo, ADO, or EMME
Previous end-to-end communication experience within Humana
Agile experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$76,800 - $105,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
