Zoom Professional Services Project Manager ZCX in Helena, Montana
What you can expect
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Professional Services Project Manager to drive successful Zoom Contact Center and Customer Experience implementations. In this customer-facing role, you'll be the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes. Experience with contact center solutions, WFM, QM, and virtual agent technologies is highly valued.
About the Team
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of new features for Zoom Contact Center. This includes project managing the release plans, diving into the feature technical discussions and coordinating with product managers, engineers, designers and operations.
Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks for Zoom Contact Center and CX projects.
Maintaining project calendars, schedules, and ensure all deadlines are met.
Serving as the main point of contact for customers, setting clear expectations and managing communications.
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to address project deliverables and resolve issues promptly. Organizing, update, and manage shared project documentation.
Scheduling meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
Providing regular status updates and progress reports to project leadership.
Being proactive in identifying risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Applying your knowledge of contact center operations, workforce management, quality management, and virtual agents to support and enhance project delivery.
What we’re looking for
Have experience in a professional services environment.
Have hands-on experience managing deployment projects for contact center, workforce management, quality management, and virtual agent technologies.
Have proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator, ideally in a customer-facing role or contractor capacity.
Have good organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Have proficiency in project management and document management tools.
Have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$76,800.00
Maximum:
$186,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
