Smartsheet Professional Services Resource Scheduler in Helena, Montana
Professional Services Resource Scheduler
The Resource Scheduler will plan and establish PS resource schedules of mixed model engagement types to meet customer demands.You willdevelop engagement resourcing and start schedules of engagements observing sales forecast, resource capacities, resource skills, and our priorities.
You willassign engagements based on priorities, skills and sequenced availability of different resource / engagement types.You willwork with Professional Services leaders to manage completion schedulesviavariance methodologies.
We are looking for someone with influence and expertise in scheduling and production management. This requires someone with a unique blend of proficiency in technology-based solutions, people management skills, and communication ability.
You will report toour Senior Director of Professional Services.
You Will:
Develop weekly engagement start schedules
Develop weekly / daily resource assignment schedules
Maintain and work with PS Leadership to manage resourcesviavariance reporting
Evaluate prioritization requests from Sales Leadership and communicate impact and opportunity costs
Provide daily reporting on lead time to kickoff and delivery backlogs to Sr Leadership
Recommend process improvement opportunities
Recommend pre-kickoff actions to enroll a positive customer experience
Perform other duties as assigned
You Have:
4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university
2 - 4years of mixed-model production scheduling experience
Leadership by variance analysis experience
Lean Six Sigma Certification
Proven successpartnering across multiple levels of leadership
