Salesforce Professional Services is looking for a Program Architect. If you're passionate about innovation, come help revolutionize how companies collaborate and communicate with customers. The Customer Success Architect plays a meaningful role in helping our Education and Nonprofit customers to accelerate their use of Salesforce technology by advising on industry best practices, driving customer visioning and alignment, and architecting solutions for short and long-term customer success on the Salesforce platform.
Become a highly certified and recognized Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platform specialist
Be a trusted advisor engaging with C-Level executives on defining IT roadmap to deliver on their business vision
Provide guidance on building industry solutions on the Salesforce platform for both Nonprofit and Education customers.
Guide customers to innovate and accelerate their growth by using the right tools and features provided by the Salesforce Ecosystem.
Provide architecture to scale, including integration, migration strategy, and large data volumes.
Provide architecture oversight, governance and ensure adherence to industry standard methodologies.
Demonstrate Design-Thinking methods and participate and contribute to new methods and offerings
Assist with digital strategies and ensure these are communicated effectively to customers
Contribute to the creation and sharing of customer success stories to be published and shared with the Salesforce.org community
Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services team by identifying and leading internal initiatives to grow and scale the consulting practice, leveraging less senior teammates to achieve individual as well as team growth; serving as an active contributor to the practice knowledge and resource base; mentor, educate, and enrich technical and non-technical Salesforce.org , customer and partner colleagues.
6+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions including Salesforce and other platforms
2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Marketing Cloud Consultant
Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including but not limited to, integration technologies, large-volume data, single sign-on, and master data management.
Experience guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
Polished and effective communicator with the ability to evangelize best practices at various levels within a large organization.
Strong executive presentation skills to drive organizational alignment and buy-in.
Ability to travel to customer sites ( 30%)
Pardot Email Specialist
Pardot Email Consultant
Other industry-recognized enterprise architecture certifications (E.g. TOGAF)
Experience with nonprofit and higher education organizations.
Passionate and enthusiastic about delivering design and user experience excellence
