Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 2 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Operations Program Manager

We make it easy for our customers to maximize the value of their Oracle investment as well as other clouds or on-premise infrastructure and build highly distributed, scalable, and resilient Multicloud solutions to support their business.

We are looking for hands-on HR and Talent Acquisition OPM who will become an integral part of a white glove recruiting process. This role elevates standard recruiting practice by partnering with Talent Advisors, Recruiting Management, Talent Sourcers, Schedulers, Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to ensure our candidate experience is top notch and talent trends are incorporated into our business practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Real-time status tracking for all candidates

  • All-up candidate status reporting which will be detailed by candidate, by role, as well as aggregate reporting

  • Manage candidate’s historical trending and future projection reporting

  • Primary liaison between Multicloud Service Teams and Oracle Recruiting/Coordination teams

  • Ability to drive scrum calls and assign out tasks to peers as well as to managers

  • Strong familiarity with MS Excel (charting, pivoting, etc.) and MS Office tools.

  • Ability to collect data that will be used in negotiations with Oracle recruiting and compensation

  • Oracle Recruiting tool (OR): hands-on support and onboarding training for Hiring Managers, escalation point for errors and process improvement.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Multicloud Service owners hiring needs and skill gap/strengths

  • New Hiring Manager training – Answering questions about Hiring Process, Bartender program, leveling guidelines, offer process, offer exception process

  • Ensure all interviewers have gone through behavioral based interview training and systems/process training – track completion rates

  • Own interviewer roster and processes for any hiring blitz/super days

  • Facilitate referral drive and lead generation efforts with hiring manager and business leaders

  • Drive hiring data integrity

  • Candidate experience – How is it flowing, where are the pain points or delays in process, are they talking to the right people at the right time, and are we keeping them warm before start.

  • Work proactively, anticipating future hiring needs/skills gaps to effectively manage expectations and search assignments.

  • Work with Hiring Managers to forecast using regularly updated attrition indicators.

  • Strong Judgement and Business Acumen: exercise the utmost discretion regarding all recruiting matters.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related experience - preferably in Tech Recruiting or Business Operations

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and their hiring teams

  • Experience within recruiting and business operations

  • Data minded, understanding and ability to track metrics that impact decisions and report out in a meaningful way that drives strategy

  • Demonstrated creativity in problem solving, resourceful and strong organizational skills

  • Process-oriented with a strong ability to identify pain points and operationalize the solutions

  • A high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and reliable follow-up

  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

  • Excellent written and oral communication.
