The Role
As a Lumen Program Manager III, you will manage project team members, stakeholders, customers, and sponsors to identify and monitor budget, goals, scope, project plan, issues, risks, and milestones; establishes measures to determine success of projects (e.g., costs, scope, time, intended results).
The Main Responsibilities
Manages project team activities; analyzes complex business problems to provide appropriate solutions; implements solutions that leverage technology to accomplish stated strategic business objectives
Demonstrates action-oriented leadership when faced with a project roadblock
Develop integrated program plans that take into account multiple project deliverables and proactively identify critical impediments to meeting project objectives
Conduct regular team meetings to enhance teamwork and communicate process and procedure updates
Coordinate projects and programs across multiple business groups to ensure timely delivery of objectives
Understand, evaluate, and balance Lumen's ability to deliver new products, services and technologies within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
Effectively communicate program status, risks and issues to leadership and present options and recommendations for resolution
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience required; 6+ years of related experience
Excellent organizational, planning, decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to multitask by working in a face paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with individuals at all levels
Ability to efficiently utilize MS Office Suite of Applications specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proven track record of achieving professional goals successfully
Master's degree preferred; 4+ years of related experience
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
