Cayuse Holdings Program Manager in Helena, Montana

The Program Manager (PM) coordinates project planning and management, provides direction, and maintains oversight of program and portfolio of contracts as assigned. The PM establishes the cadence of project development, identifies risk factors, and implements mitigation strategies accordingly with minimal to no impact to clients. The PM manages project staffing plans and scheduling, fulfills deliverables in accordance with individual contract and client specifications, and is the point of contact for client questions and issue resolution. The PM is responsible for ensuring all aspects of project management are performed within budget and meet time requirements as outlined by individual contracts. The Program Manager position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning and management; monitors and reports forecasted revenue, schedules, and progress. Identifies potential risk and mitigation strategies.

  • Proactively execute assigned management responsibilities that include employee timekeeping, task order funding and operational logistic support to task orders.

  • Monitors and reports findings of contract employee performance and morale/welfare needs to facilitate exceptional delivery of uninterrupted contract services.

  • Monitors, reports, takes necessary action on task order financial matters, not limited to funding obligations, expenditures, and invoicing with stakeholders (internal/external).

  • Regularly monitors all aspects of project management including timely documentation, issue resolution, and adherence to ISO quality standards.

  • Maintains and monitors credentials of health and medical staff in accordance with JCHAO requirements for Health Care Staffing Certification.

  • Contributes to overall company growth and development.

  • Assesses deliverability of opportunities, considering risk, staffing demands, and implication to overall Cayuse Health company goals and strategy.

  • Monitors and assists in the operational support of Cayuse federal travel requirements.

  • Monitors and reports on operational, administrative, and financial trending data to respective operational/business managers to ensure uninterrupted client services.

  • Other federal program support activities as required.

  • Prepared to present and discuss the status of contract activities, requirements, and issues upon request.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Business Administration or Management (preferred).

  • Experience and familiarity with Federal Acquisition and Agency supplements, contract types, Uniform Contract Format (UCF), and federal funding lifecycles.

  • Direct experience managing / assisting IDIQ (operational) contract elements and Task Order deliverables in a very fast-paced federal business environment.

  • Experience planning, managing / assisting, and executing medical or health related staffing contracts.

  • Experience planning, managing / assisting, and executing the management of clinical environments.

  • Direct experience communicating and coordinating contractual & employee requirements for executive decisions and follow-on action.

  • Experience with subcontract management & communications, preferred.

  • Experience in independently performing and interacting with federal contracting officials and corporate officers, preferred.

  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations both internal and external.

  • Experience with logistics, health-related information technology, medical insurance billing and coding process, and HIPAA, preferred.

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/ or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional, and articulate manner to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

  • Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of common database and reporting tools.

  • Direct experience with Costpoint (7 or higher) and associated administrative processes related to Costpoint Time & Expense applications, preferred.

  • Intermediate experience in MS Office Suite.

  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Acrobat products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI/PMP certification.

  • NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, or CCMA).

  • Technical certifications and training.

  • Market and business development experience.

  • Account management expertise.

  • Experience working with multiple federal agencies.

Working Conditions

  • Professional remote office environment.

  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.

  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.

  • Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.

  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.

Pay Range

USD $90,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
