The Montana Department of Revenue administers almost 40 state taxes, property appraisals, liquor laws, and unclaimed property for the State of Montana. Duties include coordinating program activities, managing program information, responding to inquiries and support issues, collecting, and reporting program data. The incumbent will manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, assist business analysts and unit managers with program administration. The position resides in the Information Management Bureau which comprised of three units, Customer & Payment Management, Digitization, and Information Governance. The position reports to the Unit Manager.
