Specialty Networks creates clinical & economic value for independent specialty providers & partners in urology, gastroenterology & rheumatology. The purpose of this organization at Cardinal Health is to help independent specialty providers improve patient outcomes by getting each patient to the right care at the right time. Specialty Networks works with over 11,500 providers across 1,500+ independent specialty physician practices and groups.
The Project Manager will work closely with the EVP of Provider Solutions to organize, manage, and plan projects across the Specialty Network Provider Solution services. This role will involve working with clinical teams, member development teams, engagement teams as well as PPS and Clinical Analyst Services (for any disease state).
Location - Fully remote (full time role with hours dependent on standard 9am - 5pm business hours in candidate's time zone)
Responsibilities
Works with the EVP of Customer Success to assure detailed tracking and completion of any assigned projects on time, to specifications, with clear communication and with accuracy and efficiency.
Outlines the tasks involved in the project and manages accordingly.
Learns to conduct risk assessments: reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
Gathers and assist with solutions from EVP for questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
Will shadow EVP and Engagement teams to serve as a liaison between EVP and a company, customers, and vendors.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Assist other project managers with communication and preparation of reporting and creation of presentations to industry partners along with the Engagement team, EVP of Provider Solutions and RWE teams.
Qualifications
Ideally targeting individuals with an analytics background (Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, etc), highly preferred
Background in project management a nice to have, but not required
Experience in healthcare, or a clinical setting, a plus but not required
Strong capacity and willingness to learn software analytics tools critical to the business, required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary
