Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to work closely with stakeholders, ensuring successful planning and implementation of a comprehensive online shopping model. This position will be full-time contract and remote .
What You’ll Do
Conduct internal feasibility studies using data from online shopping focus groups and surveys
Create an online shopping roadmap including planning, design, budget, procurement, training, and implementation
Research and identify external funding sources, developing proposals for new and renewed grant opportunities
Maintain files and records, prepare reports related to online shopping grant activities
Draft RFP/RFI documents with project specifications, evaluation criteria, timelines, and submission guidelines
Lead the review and assessment of RFP/RFI responses
Coordinate with chosen vendors to establish contracts under finance and legal advisement
Document the planning, successes, challenges, data, and outcomes of the online shopping model, presenting findings at relevant conferences
What You'll Need
Required:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years of work experience in grant programs, program planning, public administration, and related fields
Advanced knowledge of MIS and EBT environment, WIC program, and USDA rules and regulations
Exceptional writing and public speaking ability
Ability to manage multiple, complex program areas simultaneously
Preferred:
Extensive WIC administrative experience
Proficiency with platforms like Microsoft Teams for training content delivery
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA standards
Sedentary work with occasional need to move around the office
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer
