Health Care Service Corporation Project Manager in Helena, Montana

Description:

BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is aligned to the business and responsible for creating and managing aspects of the team's transformation of process and technology. This includes being a business representation with project places, including schedule, scope, requirements, process, connecting and brining in business stakeholders as needed for large, complex projects with minimal oversight; and managing internal business resources across the team for delivery of a new IT system, process, or template.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
\*Bachelor Degree or 4 years experience working in a position which requires independent decision making
\*4 years of combined experience working in a position which requires experience gathering and documenting business requirements and team leadership with program management.
\*Experience working a dynamic work environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
\*Analytical skills, detail oriented, interpersonal and organizational skills.
\*Verbal and written communication skills.
\*PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
\*Bachelor degree in Business or Healthcare
\*Analytical skills.
\*Risk management experience.
\*Knowledge and experience with project/program management best practices.
\*Experience and knowledge of the Health Care Industry.
\*Ability to navigate between strategic and tactical aspects of project delivery
\*Experience in negotiations, managing conflict, and organizational / political savvy
\*Verbal and written communication skills, as well as meeting facilitation skills
\*Ability to work independently and within a team environment
\*Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; agility and flexibility to adapt to constantly changing priorities
\*Ability to create integrated, milestone-driven critical path project plans
\*Ability to multi-task and balance multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines
\*Ability to influence (direct / indirect reports, project stakeholders, and leaders), and manage in a matrix origination
\*Structured, organized and methodical in execute, takes ownership and accountability for outcomes, drives for results and drives certainty in delivery; able to manage multiple parallel efforts and deliver quality deliverables on schedule.
\*Develop trusted relationships and demonstrates deep interpersonal skills
\*Experience with entire software development lifecycle from inception to development to testing to production deployment and maintenance; deep understating of HCSC delivery models - OWF, Scrum, and XP
