Quality Assurance Associate

Location: on-site in Helena, MT

Salary: $18.00-21.00/hr. DOE, plus benefits

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm (MST), Monday – Friday

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for supporting operational tasks within Quality Assurance. Providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance manager by performing analytical tasks related to the process and standards of the department. This position is responsible for maintaining essential data and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Experience working with Montana Medicaid

Desired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills:

  • Previous Medicaid/Insurance or Quality Assurance experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Process development and documentation skills

  • Exceptional time management abilities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to pass insurance screening for use of company vehicle/clear driving record

  • Physical demands include frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds

  • Monitors transactions to ensure compliance against performance standards.

  • Develops and implements key process improvements.

  • Assists in development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services.

  • Partners with operational team leads, collaborating and calibrating on areas of opportunity that have been identified.

  • Documents performance trends, specific call types to develop processes and improve overall performance.

  • Assesses associate performance and delivers coaching and feedback based on findings.

  • Assists with development of training, Quality Assurance (QA) processes and process improvement.

  • Interacts with work leaders, supervisors and managers.

  • Provides feedback and coaching to transaction processing personnel on errors created.

  • Provides support in creating and reviewing documented procedures (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures with operations.

  • Detects, analyzes and reports fraudulent activities.

  • Conceptualizes, develops, and delivers training modules on process knowledge, auditing techniques, and quality tools.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $34,560 - $43,000 DOE.
