Position Summary: The Part-Time Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience. This position involves working independently during assigned shifts, handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, in person and over the phone, and assist with their needs in a professional and courteous manner. - Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company?s products and services to effectively assist customers and recommend solutions that meet their needs. - Work Environment Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees. - Shift Coverage: Work independently during assigned shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. - Communication: Report any issues or customer feedback to the supervisor/manager in a timely manner. - Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code. Qualifications: - Experience: Previous experience in customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required. Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Basic math skills for handling transactions. - Proficiency with basic computer skills. - Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends. Working Conditions: - Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods. - Shift Details: Shifts are typically 4 to 7.5 hours long, depending on the day of the week.
